SHIPPING

Dalton Svenson currently ships all products within Canada, and select products to the United States. All shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds listed below are in Canadian dollars.

CANADA

  • Standard shipping: $9.99 CAD

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

UNITED STATES

  • Standard shipping: $14.95 CAD

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners and are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Products may be shipped from different locations, and items within the same order may arrive separately.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Dalton Svenson is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
