Returns & Refunds

We want you to be pleased with the things you choose from Dalton Svenson. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days.

To begin a return, please contact Dalton Svenson through our Contact page with your order information and the item you would like to return. Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided within 2 days.

There is no return-label fee and no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Please do not send an item back without first requesting a return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and the return has been processed by our supplier, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.

Cancellations

If an order or item is cancelled by one of our suppliers before shipment, Dalton Svenson will review the cancellation and contact you regarding the appropriate refund or next steps.
